Canvassing, Accepting and Approving the Results of the
Municipal Election held on November 21, 2023
For Trustees of the Central Davis Sewer District
Whereas on November 21, 2023 an election was held for two positions on the Central Davis Sewer District Board of Trustees, and
Whereas the Board of Trustees are the Board of Municipal Canvassers for Central Davis Sewer District, and
Whereas on December 6, 2023 the Board canvassed the returns of the municipal election by reviewing the election returns and determining the votes for each person voted for.
Now, Therefore be it Resolved by the Central Davis Sewer District Board of Trustee/Canvasser as follows:
Section 1. The Board accepts and approves the elections results of the Trustee election
Section 2. The Board certifies the following vote totals:

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
