Steve Brough

Steve Brough joined the Board on Jan 1, 2008. Steve has been a Fruit Heights city councilman for the past several years. Steve owns Brough Realty and is very active in community affairs.

John Thacker

John Thacker is Clerk for the Board of Trustees and has been on the Board since 1989.  John is currently City Manager for Kaysville City and has a background of over thirty years experience in government management.

Sherm Cloward

Sherm Cloward has been on the Board since 2001.  Sherm has served on the planning commission for Fruit Heights City.  Sherm is currently retired but has an engineering degree with extensive work and management experience at Hill Air Force Base.

Susan Holmes - Chair

Susan Holmes has been on the Board since 2002 and is the current chair. A former planning commission and council member for Farmington City Susan owns her own public relations firm. Susan has managed significant public relations efforts for governmental agencies.

Carol Page

Commissioner Carol Page is a former Davis County Commissioner and has been on the Board since 1993.  Carol has served on the planning commission and as a council member for Kaysville.  Carol has extensive background in management of public entities.
